Write to hello@eveningpages.world and a real person will reply, usually within two days. Tell us your username and what happened. Never send us your sign-in code.
Your account
- Signing in. Enter your email and we send a 6-digit code. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and ask for a new one after a minute.
- Change your username. Me → Settings → Change username. You can change it once every 30 days.
- Export your pages. Me → Settings → Export all my pages.
- Delete your account. Me → Settings → Delete account. This removes your pages, comments and profile. It cannot be undone.
Evening Plus and $EVPG payments
- Restore Evening Plus. Me → Settings → Restore Evening Plus. Connect the same Solana wallet you paid with.
- Cancel or change Evening Plus. Me → Settings → Evening Plus → Manage renewal, or in the subscriptions screen of the wallet you paid with.
- Refunds. Payments are signed in your own wallet, so refunds go back to the same wallet. Write to hello@eveningpages.world.
Safety
- Report a page, comment or person. Open the menu (the three dots) and choose Report. We review every report.
- Block someone. Open the menu on their page or profile and choose Block. You can undo it in Me → Settings → Blocked users.
